1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 (10oz) can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (2lb) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed overnight in refrigerator
1 1/2 cups Frosted Flakes, crushed
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, onions, soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper until well blended. Add potatoes. Put into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Saute Frosted Flakes in butter. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
