1 lb. shrimp, boiled, peeled and tails removed, reserving 1 or 2 to garnish
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, diced large
1 stick butter, room temperature, cut in thirds
1/2 tsp. hot sauce, or to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Creole seafood seasoning, or to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions:

Turn food processor on and add 1/3 of shrimp, a few at a time. When well blended, add 1/3 cream cheese and 1/3 butter. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire, Creole seasoning and lemon juice. Puree until well blended, turn machine off, remove lid and scrape bottom and sides of bowl with a rubber spatula, and then cover. Turn machine on and add 1/2 of the remaining shrimp, a few at a time. Add remaining cream cheese and butter, one half at a time. Blend until well incorporated, about 20-30 seconds. Scrape bowl, top and bottom; adjust seasoning and puree for about 10 seconds and remove.

Place in bowl; fold in parsley and place in decorative bowl. Place remaining shrimp on top of spread for decoration. Serve with toast or crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
