2 lbs. chicken wings, wing tips removed, separated at the joints
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 500ºF. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a large mixing bowl, toss together wings and lemon juice. Add seasonings; mix. Add oil or butter; toss to mix. Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes, rotate the wings on the pan and cook 10 minutes longer; or until wings are nicely browned and cooked through (safe internal temperature of 165ºF). Refrigerate any leftovers
