1 sprig fresh rosemary (or 3/4 tsp. dried rosemary)
1 lb, chicken tenderloins
Cooking spray
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (19 oz.) can cannellini beans (undrained)
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp. julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Finely snip (rinsed) rosemary, leaves only, using kitchen shears (about 2 tsp.) Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; wash hands.

Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high. 2-3 minutes. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken (wash hands); sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in beans, broth and tomatoes. Stir cornstarch and water together in small bowl and slowly add to pan, stirring continuously. Heat to boiling; reduce to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Serve.
