1 (1 oz.) packet Ortega guacamole seasoning mix
2 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 (16 oz.) jar Ortega Original mild salsa
1/4 cup Ortega thick & smooth taco sauce (any variety)
8 oz. sour cream
2 avocadoes, peeled, pitted and diced
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1 (12 count) box Ortega yellow corn taco shells, each shell broken into pieces
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine guacamole seasoning and mashed avocados. In another bowl, combine salsa and taco sauce. Evenly spoon guacamole into 6 individual serving bowls. Top evenly with a layer of salsa mixture. Place a dollop of sour cream into each serving bowl. Top with diced avocado and tomato just before serving. Serve with taco shell pieces.
