2 c biscuit/baking mix
3 eggs
2 cans (6 1/2 oz each) tuna, drained and flaked, divided
1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c chopped celery minced onion
1 tbs
1/4 c pimiento,chopped (optional)
2 c milk,divided
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Bisquick, eggs, 1 c of the milk, salt and pepper. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Add 1 can of the tuna, 1/4 c. of the cheese, celery,pimiento and onion. Mix thoroughly.
Spread into greased 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake at 400 degress for 30-35 minutes. Serve with tuna sauce.

Tuna sauce:
Blend soup with remaining cup of milk and can of tuna. Stir in tuna. Heat thoroughly. Spoon over squares of tuna biscuits.
