4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (8oz) sliced water chestnuts
1 can condensed cream-of-chicken soup
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large pot, boil the chicken until tender.
Cut the breasts into cubes or small pieces. In a large bowl combine the chicken pieces with the water chestnuts, soup, most of the crushed cornflakes and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining crushed cornflakes. Bake for 1 hour.
