10 large garlic cloves
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup celery, chopped
½ cup red or yellow bell peppers, chopped
2 cups prawns, shelled
5 large garlic cloves, slivered
1 large Italian sausage, cooked and chopped in ¼ inch pieces (Cacciatore)
2-4 tbsp. sweet hot sauce (Tiger sauce)
1 tbsp. black pepper
Salt to taste
4 cups cooked rice, cooled

Pre-cook meat. In a large fry pan, sauté minced garlic for five minutes in the olive oil, over low heat. Do not burn!

Add celery heart and bell pepper and sauté over low heat until vegetables just start to turn limp. Add prawns and sausage, sauté until prawns are cooked (about 3 minutes). Stir in slivered garlic, hot sauce and black pepper. Salt to taste. Add rice, mix in well and cook until all ingredients are hot, stirring often.
