1 – 8 oz. (250 gram) pkg. old cheddar cheese, shredded finely
2 – 8 ounce (250 gram) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash cayenne pepper (optional)
finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese and mix well until blended with a hand blender. Add remaining ingredients except the nuts. Mix well. Chill. Once chilled, make one large ball or individual 1-ounce (30 gram) balls and then roll in chopped nuts.

Serve with crackers. Makes a very large ball.

I freeze them individually and bring out what is needed.
