1 can cream of celery soup
1 can corn (6-8 oz., drained)
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. paprika
1-1/2 c. corn bread stuffing mix
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 in. thick
1 T. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. brown mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, corn, onion, paprika and stuffing. Arrange in a 9 in. greased pie plate. Place the pork chops on top, pressing lightly into the stuffing. Combine sugar and mustard, spread evenly over the chops. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. until chops are fork tender. Yield: 4 servings.
