2 1/2 c cooked elbow macaroni
2 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 (6 oz) can baby peas
1 grated carrot
salt & pepper
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 (6 oz) can tuna fish(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix together the macaroni, finely chopped eggs, onion powder, pickle relish, carrot and salt & pepper until mixed well. Add the mayonnaise and mix again. Gently mix in the peas and (optional tuna),refrigerate. If too dry add more mayonnaise.
