3 - 4 Sirloin Pork chops or Country Style Pork Ribs
1(28 oz) can sauerkraut
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
In oven safe pan, brown the pork in the oil and butter. Take out and set aside. Put half can of sauerkraut in the pan and put the pork back on top and then add the rest of the sauerkraut. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
