1 red onion - minced
2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 tsp ground cumin
1 - 15 oz can white beans (rinsed and drained)
1 medium avacado
1 plumb tomato - finely diced
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic - minced
3 - 2 tsp hot red pepper sauce (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the onion and lime juice; let stand 15 minutes.
2. In a food processor, puree the beans and avacado - add the tomato, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper sauce, cumin and the onion mixture; pulse until blended. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
