2 c. sugar
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2
1/4 c. butter
Ground cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter a 2 quart baking pan.
In a bowl, mix sugar, flour and salt. Pour cream over flour mixture, but do not stir or mix.
Cut butter and place on top of cream mixture.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar liberally over all.
Bake 50 minutes or until pudding just begins to bubble up in the middle. Filling will not be completely set, but that is the way it is supposed to be.
Eat pudding at room temperature. If left over's are refrigerated, reheat them in the oven before serving.
Recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9"x13" buttered baking pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
