4 lbs. spareribs, cut into serving size pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 med. onions, sliced
1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Top with onions. Cover and bake at 350* F for 30 min; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over ribs. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
