1 C all purpose flour
1 C yellow cornmeal
1/4 C sugar
4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 C milk
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 C cooking oil or melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the eggs, milk, sour cream, and oil or butter. Beat just until smooth (do not over beat). Turn into a hot greased cast iron skillet (10 in round) Bake in a 425º oven for 20-25 minutes. NOTE: can substitute a 9x9x2 inch baking pan.
