3 ripe bananas, well mashed
2 eggs, beaten until light
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add bananas and melted butter and continue to mix. Stir together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and add to the rest of the mixture. Add chopped nuts if desired. Put in a buttered 9X5 loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350*.
