Chicken pieces of your choice
3 or more eggs, beaten
Crisco oil
Salt and pepper (or House Seasoning)
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put beaten eggs in a pie pan (start w/ 3 and add more as needed)
Put flour w/ salt & pepper in another pie pan
In electric skillet heat Crisco oil to 350 degrees
Dip chicken pieces first in flour mixture, then egg, then flour again
Place coated/dipped chicken pieces in hot skillet
Cover & fry for 15 minutes on each side (until nice & brown)
When Chicken is done, put on plate covered w/ paper towels to absorb grease
