4 cups pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Pour over pecans, make sure pecans are covered. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Add to pecans make sure they are completley covered.
Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with pam. Bake in oven at 225 degrees for one hour stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
