Ingredients:  
- 1 container cherry tomatoes, or equivalent amount of other tomatoes
- 1/4 white or sweet onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- cumin, salt, and pepper
- 1 lime
- cilantro
- canned (pickled) jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
- dice the tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and garlic (finely dice the garlic)
- mix in a bowl and add seasonings to taste
- chop some cilantro and mix in
- squeeze 1/2 of the lime into the bowl and mix
Let stand for a few minutes before eating, or refrigerate for later.

This salsa is good with chips and also with just about any Mexican dish (see fish tacos in the seafood section).
It's not an exact science so experiment with proportions to your liking.
For great guacamole, simply add a couple of avocados.
