1 tbsp. butter
1 c. orzo
1-1/4 c. chicken broth
1-1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Parmesan
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add orzo and cook for 3 min, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed and orzo is done, approx 15 min.

Remove from heat, stir in cheese, basil, salt & pepper. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
