1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 Tbsp water

1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large coffee mug.
2. Add the liquids. Stir well with a fork or small whisk.
3. Cook in microwave 2 minutes.
4. Let cool a few minutes and enjoy!
