40 asparagus spears trimmed, about 2 lbs.
¼ tsp. kosher salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper
2 T. butter
2 t. low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Arrange asparagus in single layer on baking sheet, coated with cooking spray. Spray asparagus to lightly coat the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 12 minutes or until tender.
3. Melt buter in small skillet over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes or until lightly browned, shaking pan occaisionally. Remove from heat, stir in soy sauce and vinegar. Drizzle over asparagus and toss well to coat.
