4 c. Apples, chopped
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Mix and set aside.
Topping:
¼ c. flour
¼ c. butter
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon AND nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Pour apples in 9 inch unbaked pie crust.
Put topping over top. Place pie in heavy brown paper sack.
Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.

Mom was featured in an article with this recipe, in the Perry Daily Chief. There was a picture with her pie and a separate picture of Louie and Teresa on a teeter-totter in the yard.
