2 1/2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
1 package yeast
1 c. warm water
1 T. oil (or Italian salad dressing for the bread)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Form a soft dough and knead for 1-2 minutes. Place into a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Punch down and place on a 12" pizza pan or stone.

If making the bread, brush with Italian dressing, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 450º for 15 minutes.
