1 lemon
1 pkg Betty Crocker White Supermoist Cake Mix
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 cup icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Grate rind and squeeze juice from lemon. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions, using 3/4 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, and 2 eggs. Stir in poppy seeds and grated lemon rind. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. In bowl stir together icing sugar and a bit of lemon juice until smooth. Add lemon juice until consistency is smooth. Add a bit of water if necessary to make a thick pouring consistency. Drizzle icing evenly over top of cake. Let stand until glaze sets.
