2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. fresh snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 lbs. ground beef
8 thin slices of ham
1-1/2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 slices mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients with salt/pepper to taste. Add beef; mix well. On foil, pat meat mixture into a 12x10 in rectangle. Place ham on meat mixture and top with shredded cheese. Starting from the short end, roll meat up using the foil to lift. Seal edges and ends. Place seam side down in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 min (center will be pink). Half the cheese slices diagonally and place on top of cooked meat. Return to oven until cheese slice melts.
