1 jar (any kind) jam, jelly, preserves or chutney
1 (any size) ham, pork loin or pork roast

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. spray the pan with a non stick spray. Score the outside of the ham to release the fat juices. (not necessary on a pork loin or roast) Rub 1/2 the jar of (any kind) jam, jelly, preserves or chutney all over the ham , loin or roast. Rub it in as well as you can. I cooked our 10lb ham for 3 1/2 hours. Read the directions for the best timing on your size ham or roast. The last 30 minutes; Take out and smear the rest of the jam, jelly, preserves or chutney on the ham or roast; put back into the oven for the last 30 minutes. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
