Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth, low sodium, NO MSG
1 can (approx 15 oz) chick peas, drained
2 cans (1 - 15 oz and 1 - 28 oz) chopped or diced tomatoes
1 can (11 - 15 oz) corn, drained
2-3 large red potatoes (with skins), diced
1 zucchini, diced
1 large onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach
2 cups chopped kale
2 cups chopped cabbage (outer leaves preferred)
Half of 16 oz pkg frozen peas
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
2-3 T. Worcestershire sauce
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a large pot, mixing well with each addition. Bring soup to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for three, four or five hours (depending on softness of vegetables) adding a small amount of water as needed -- approximately 3 - 5 or so as soup is cooking.

Optional: for extra spice, try one can of regular chopped or diced tomatoes and one can of diced tomatoes with green chilies.

This makes a lot. Put leftovers in small containers and freeze using as you wish. Enjoy.
