1 packet Ramen noodles (any flavor)
1 pound sliced wild mushrooms
1 small bag frozen mixed veggies
Any leftover meat you might have

Directions:
Soak 1 packet ramen noodles (any flavor) in warm water, 5 minutes; drain. Stir-fry 1 pound sliced wild mushrooms 1 small bag frozen mixed veggies, any leftover meat you might have, and the ramen flavor packet in a cast-iron skillet with vegetable oil, 3-5 minutes; transfer to a plate. Add 1 tablespoon butter or margarine and the noodles to the skillet, toss and fry 1 minute, then add the mushrooms, vegies and meat back into the skillet.

1 quick and tasty meal. Gets rid of all the leftovers! Quick for those who like to take their lunch. You can tailor this to meet your own needs. Put in only the meat and veggies you like. Good even if you use no meat at all!
