1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
dash salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt in saucepan. Add water, and mix until smooth. Bring this mixture to a boil. Allow it to boil for one minute. Be careful it does not over boil. Remove from heat. When cools, add the vanilla.
