2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup applesauce
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg

Directions:
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Use fork and make criss cross pattern on the top of each cookie. Bake 375º for 12 minutes
