1 (28) oz can Silver Floss Sauerkraut
3 slices bacon
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan, cook bacon so it's crispy and remove and set aside. Remove pan from stove and carefully put the sauerkraut in the pan which is hot. Add water and stir. When bacon is cool enough to handle, crumble into sauerkraut. Simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
