1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
dash salt
1/3 c. hot water
Stir together. Cook over med. heat till boils, stirring constantly. continue stirring for 2 minutes after it boils.
Add 4 cups milk. Heat till hot- not boiling. Remove from heat and add 3/4 tsp. vanilla.
