1 head of cabbage, finely sliced
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
6 large lemons or limes, juice of
1 small red onion, finely chopped
6 roma (plum) tomato, diced
7 ounces sliced pickled jalapeņos, drained
2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the tomatoes, garlic, jalapeņos, red onion, cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

*leave out jalapeņos if you don't like hot*

Serve with corn chips.
