5 - 6 medium potatoes thinly sliced
1 medium onion thinly sliced
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
3 pats butter
1 can milk
Salt & pepper
Diced ham(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a casserole dish with butter and layer potatoes and onions and salt & pepper(diced ham optional). Mix cream of chicken soup with a can of milk and blend very well. Pour over layered potatoes and onions. Dot with butter pats. Put in 400 degree oven and bake for 3/4 hour covered and another 15 minutes uncovered.
Hint: Put a cookie sheet lined with foil under the casserole dish to catch drips.
