4 - 5 Pork Roast
Salt & Pepper
1 c your favorite BBQ sauce
1/4 c water
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the pork roast on all sides. When browned, put it in a slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce, salt & pepper and water over it. Cook 8 hrs. on low heat. Carefully take roast out of slow cooker and when cool enough shred with two forks. After shredding, add BBQ sauce to taste. Serve on buns.
