5-6 strips bacon
1 lb chicken breast
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 jar sun dried tomatoes
olive oil
1 tspn minced garlic (add more to taste)
Pasta noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and garlic in pan. When finished, cut bacon into pieces and set aside. Cook chicken breast in boiling water until cooked through while bringing water for pasta to a boil. Chop chicken breast with food chopper, set aside. Cut 1/2 jar sundried tomatoes into small pieces (set aside). Microwave peas until warm and set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and return to pot. Add all above ingredients one at a time, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Add 1/2 of the oil from the sundried tomato jar into the pasta and then finish coating noodles with olive oil.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
