About 8 ounces ripe olives
About 8 ounces green olives
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Split olives slightly; place in glass jar or Tupperware container with remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Drain before serving.
These can marinated for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
