3 10oz pkgs. frozen broccoli florets
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup half & half
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups finely shredded sharp cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in chicken broth until tender (abt 15 min). Let cool. Puree in blender leaving some chunks. Return to soup pan and add half & half, salt and pepper. Add cheese just before serving.
