1 cup butter
2/3 cup plus 3 tblsp. powdered sugar
1 Tblsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/3 cup finely chopped nuts (I use pecans and toast them)
Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough into 1/2" balls and bake at 350º for 5-7 min. Roll in powdered sugar while hot.
