1 tsp. Hungarian paprika (regular is fine too) Optional-I don't always add this
2 tsp. dried thyme leaves (not rubbed)
2 tsp. dried Basil (not ground)
4 tsp. minced garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tblsp. soy sauce
1.5-2.5lbs chicken tenders or breasts (I like the smaller tenders)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together to create an herb sludge. Place chicken (I use frozen tenders and stick them in the pan frozen) in skillet and add herb sludge. Cover and cook at medium temp for 10-15 minutes or until chicken looks cooked (cook time depends on whether you are using frozen or thawed chicken). Remove the lid and cook on higher heat to brown the outside. Great to serve with wild rice.
