2 Lbs. boneless beef cut into cubes
5 med. potatoes peeled and cut in chunks
1/2 bag Carrots cut up in chunks
1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion or 2 tsp. minced onions
1 c. sliced celery or 1 tblsp. dried celery flakes
2 cans tomatoe sauce
1 Tblspn. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
A sprinkle of garlic powdwer
2 Tblspn. quick cooking tapioca

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in roasting pan and cover tightly with foil or lid. Bake at 275 for 5 hours or until meat is tender.
