1 Lb Fresh Mushrooms
1 Small Onion, Chopped
3½ - 4 Cups Chicken Broth
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ Cup Butter
1 Cup Cream ( half & half)
⅓ Cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off stems and set aside. Slice mushroom caps and sauté in butter & lemon juice. Use slotted spoon to remove caps & set aside. Add onions and stems and sauté. Add flour, stir and slowly add chicken broth and mix well. Put above mixture into a blender. When well blended put into pot and add sautéed mushroom caps and cream. Bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
