1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups half & half
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 lb. broccoli
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook melted butter and flour using a whisk for 3-5 minutes. Stir while adding half & half. Add chicken stock. Simmer about 20 min. Add broccoli and simmer 20-25 min. Add salt & pepper and stir in cheese. ( can puree and then stir in cheese)
