1 cup skim milk
1 container (1/2 cup) cholesterol-free egg substitute
1 tbsp. firmly paced brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread
12 slices cinnamon bread or cinnamon raisin bread
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam

In medium bowl, with wire whisk, beat milk, egg substitute, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon; set aside.

In 12" nonstick skillet, melt butter spread over medium heat. Meanwhile, dip 3 slices bread into milk mixture. Add to skillet and cook 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Repeat with remaining bread.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt remaining 2 tbsp. butter spread with jam until smooth. Serve with French Toast.
