2 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup diced green pepper
1 cup diced ham
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1-28oz tin Aylmer tomatoes drained
2-10oz tins Aylmer Fancy cream Style corn (or one 19 oz)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in frying pan, cook onion and green pepper until tender. Add ham and brown lightly, Remove from heat and stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Place cooked rice in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with drained tomatoes and ham mixture. Cover with a layer of cream style corn. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake in preheated oven @ 350º fir 35 mins.
