1 lb Burns hot dog wieners
6 slices Burns Shamrock bacon (chopped)
1 cup minced onion
2 cups canned tomatoes
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Pan fry the bacon until half done, drain off most of the fat. Add onion and fry until golden brown. Stir in tomatoes, salt, pepper and rice. Simmer 20 mins. Place wieners on top of rice. Cover and simmer 8 mins longer. Serves 6
