1 white cake mix with pudding
7 oz coconut flakes
15 oz can cream of coconut
1 carton whipped topping.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix cake as directed on pkg.
Add 1/2 pkg coconut.
Bake in 9 x 15 pan.
Cool 15 minutes.
Poke holes in cake using handle of wooden spoon.
Pour the cream of coconut slowly over cake.
Refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, spread whipped topping over cake and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
