Ingredients:  
3 c flour
2 1/2 baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c light brown sugar
1 c margarine
1/3 c milk
1 beaten egg
1 egg yolk beaten with a little water

Mix together all of the above except the egg yolk---cut dough in half and roll out to 1/2 inch thick

Filling: 1 (12) oz pkg chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
2 c finely chopped walnuts

Cook slowly until melted---Cool

Spread cool filling onto rolled out dough and roll up like a jelly roll

Beat 1 egg yolk with a little water and baste over each roll before baking. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cut into slices when cool.
